Hello Friends and Family!

I made this blogspot to keep you updated on what's happening over in Costa Rica while I'm on my mission trip- thanks for checking it out!

I will be joining YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in San Jose, Costa Rica, for my five month mission. The first part of the program will consist of a discipleship school, which is designed to prepare students for ministering cross culturally. The second part of the program is the outreach, where our team from San Jose will travel to a different country (unknown at this time) to minister and serve the needs of the community. Each day will be different, and we will be ready and willing to help in whatever way is needed- this could mean working in an orphanage, school, the local church, or sharing the gospel on the streets. YWAM is a widespread organization, with more than 1000 locations ministering in over 149 countries. Their impact over the past 50 years has been huge and it will be exciting to join their ministry.

Preparing To Leave
